We are Healthy Start Ltd, trading as Electronic Cigarette Co, a limited company trading since 2012 and registered in England, number 8319167. We are based near Stourbridge in the West Midlands. We're an online vendor only these days.

Until recently (March 26), our website collected product and service reviews via Trusted Shops. We are very proud of our 4.94 stars of a possible score of 5, which involved thousands of reviews over the years.

Our phone numbers are 01384 878545 (LAN line) and 07817 638450 (mobile). Our phone lines are operated from 9.30am-17.30pm during the week, but in busy times email is the best option.

We only stock genuine e-cig products and quality brands. We've tried to make our website as user-friendly as possible, plus it's packed full of helpful tips, information and problem-solving pages.

The world of e-cigarettes can be very confusing; we've tried to keep it simple. If you’ve never used a ‘vaping device’ before it can feel like an impossible task trying to make your first choice when there is so much choice!

It’s also an ongoing challenge for us to keep up with design developments and new products so don’t be hard on yourself if it all seems a bit of a minefield.

We've built long-term relationships with our suppliers to ensure authentic quality and consistency. Please be assured we never knowingly stock inferior products in our store! And when things do go wrong, and they do for everyone, we'll do our best to sort it out with you.
